PSYCHOTHERAPY

Research and experience show us that facing life’s challenges is made easier in the context of supportive relationships. As a psychotherapist, I cultivate a nurturing environment that helps my clients navigate difficult life circumstances and cope with intense emotions. I assist couples, families, and individuals to decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, communicate more effectively, and disrupt negative relational patterns. As a recovering lawyer who has transitioned to the work of psychotherapy, I also deeply understand the difficulties of managing a challenging career and can help my clients make desired changes for increased health and happiness. My approach is collaborative, warm, and open. I look forward to speaking with you to determine if we might be a good fit to work together.
